ArvanCloud Servers Access to the Origin Server’s Hosting is blocked

When your site uses CDN, all the traffic which is not cached will be transferred through CDN IPs to the main server of the website. If your main hosting server (or shared hosting) uses a public firewall, it is possible that this traffic is detected as an attack and blocks the CDN IPs.

As a result, your main server will not have any response to the sent requests from ArvanCloud CDN servers and as a result, your website won’t be uploaded.

To solve this issue, you need to whitelist all ArvanCloud IP ranges in your Firewall or your hosting provider.

Important: If you don’t have direct access to your firewall’s whitelist, you can send your IP list for your hosting provider in order to be whitelisted.
